After many hours of undecisive movements and changes, a simple advancement into trying different things (masking, alignment, pathfinders, shape modes, etc) at random in an attempt to ignite something of interest.

Considering these as the final ones and deciding on a favourite is difficult. The sketchy-ness of the stroke effect relates to the creative aspect of the magazine - not honing in and focusing on one art, to discourage classification but still allowing for the connection to art - MOD is for all levels of creatives out there. Considering the bottom two masthead designs because they have that extra element inside the 'O' and provide interest.
