Typography
It is interesting to look through other annual reports from Disney over the years, it seems that they have incorporated a classic serif for headings and a san-serif for the body copy. The serif is very classy and reflects well upon the company, the san-serif I feel is used for readibility more than anything else. Something to consider...
Image Direction and Colour
As the annual reports for Disney have improved over time, they keep their look. Thats very colourful and playful, I think this is important to keep as a concept because it reflects their mission statement. Lots of colours and gradients and bright images have been used previously, I like to think its important to keep.

Header + Footer + Grid
After loads of research into other annual reports I have found that the header and footer generally remain consistent throughout but also doesn't take up too much space. Headings are essential and create a flow line.
Grid-wise, columns are very popular it is a toss up between having a 2x4 grid and a 3x4.
Time to put all these considerations together and create two distinct layouts. Tough task.
